Adolescent & Young nutritional needs (especially during growth spurts).
Guidance on balanced diets, healthy eating habits, and body image.
Awareness on malnutrition, obesity, and diet-related health concerns.
Mental and Emotional Wellbeing
Equipping Adolescents & Young with tools for self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience:
Build awareness around various emotions and expressions, managing emotions and develop emotional wellbeing.
Programs on identifying strengths, stress management and dealing with academic pressure.
Referral support for professional mental health services where needed.
